Refresher driving lessons
No matter what the reason you may feel that you have lost your confidence to drive on our roads.
Perhaps you have not driven for some time and now need to drive again, whether it is a few months or 30 years the apprehension and doubt to resume driving again may feel overwhelming.
You may have been involved in a road traffic accident or near miss and you feel unsafe on the road or just need reassurance that your driving is ok.
You may have been living abroad and have just relocated to the UK and want help adjusting to the different rules and regulations or driving on the ‘wrong’ side of the road
It may be that your health has changed or you are being told you are too old (you are never too old providing you can be safe) and want reassurance to continue driving or help to make the decision whether to continue driving or not
You may simply want help adjusting from a manual to an automatic car
Whatever the reason rest assured we are here to help.
It can feel daunting or even embarrassing or you may fear that we will advise you not to drive again. You may feel alone and isolated.
It is reassuring to know you are not alone, we are here to help, many people are in the same position as you find yourself in now. Daily we help people regain their confidence, becoming safe and capable of driving on our roads once again.
We do not treat you as a learner driver, we treat you with respect and work with you to help you become a safe and confident driver again, we can work with you in your own car or ours. We can meet you away from home if you want to or why not simply tell people the truth you are having professional advanced driving lessons.
We understand that everybody has specific areas that may need our help and we work with you to eliminate the areas of concern, there is no set number of hours or fixed course to take, You are a qualified driver, the best news you can give us is when you tell us that you do not need us anymore whether that is after one hour or twenty hours.
We keep everything we discuss with you confidential and even in the rare circumstance that we tell you that it is not advisable for you to drive on our roads, we only discuss this with you, not with any authority or family member. You will be well informed and the decision on what to do next will be yours.
